1. Information We Collect

When you purchase a PixNana license, we collect:

• Your email address (provided during checkout via Lemon Squeezy)
• Your domain URL (when you activate your license key in WordPress)
• Usage data: number of image generation requests, credit balance, and API call timestamps
• Transaction records for license key management

We do not collect, store, or have access to your WordPress site content, product data, or customer information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate and validate your license key
• To track credit usage and enforce plan limits
• To send your license key and transaction receipts via email
• To provide customer support

3. Image Generation & Third-Party AI

When you use PixNana in Managed mode, your image generation prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API. By using PixNana, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

When using BYOK mode (Pro plan), prompts are sent directly from your WordPress server to Google using your own API key. PixNana does not intercept or store these requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor. See their privacy policy.
• Google LLC — for AI image generation via the Gemini API.

5. Data Retention

License and transaction records are retained for 2 years after purchase. You may request deletion by contacting support@pixnana.com.

6. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@pixnana.com to exercise these rights.
