1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using PixNana ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
2. License & Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license on the number of domains specified in your plan: Basic (1), Growth (3), Pro (unlimited). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Plugin or license key.
3. Credits & Expiration
Credits are valid for 1 month from purchase. Unused credits expire and are non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use PixNana to generate content that violates Google's Gemini API policies, infringes intellectual property rights, is deceptive or fraudulent, or is illegal in your jurisdiction.
5. Ownership of Generated Images
Images generated through PixNana are yours for commercial use. Copyright protections for AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed more than 10% of your credit pack. Contact support@pixnana.com.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
PixNana is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant credit pack.
8. Google Gemini API
Usage is subject to Google's Gemini API Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update pricing if Google's API pricing changes significantly.
